Mark your calendars for Monday, May 11, from 6:30-8:30pm at SES, when we’ll show the video, “Through Their Eyes,” a film interviewing Portland high school students on the subject of race in school. Following the video we’ll have group discussion about the film led by Heather Pablico-Turner and Dana Buhl of the SES Parent Equity Group. If you’ve been interested in learning about the parent equity work, this will be a great (and free) evening to attend. Please invite your Middle School and High School children to attend with you. We want to hear their voices in this discussion.
