To help with scheduling and placement, it is extremely helpful for the school’s office if you register your kindergartner early for the class starting Fall of 2018.  To register, you need to bring in a complete Registration Form, complete Immunization Record Form, proof of child’s age (birth certificate, passport, etc.), and two original documents to prove residency in the neighborhood.  These can be utility bills, financial documents, government documents, etc.  More guidance on all of these items and downloadable versions of the forms can be found here: https://www.pps.net/Page/1034  If you need copies of the forms, you can pick them up at the office.

Please bring all of these items to the office to register your future Kindergartner.  Don’t delay!
