The American Red Cross just released a free Earthquake App for smartphones.  You can download the app by going to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and search for “Red Cross”.  In addition to the Earthquake App, a Red Cross First Aid App can be downloaded for quick reference of what to do for various injuries.   Read more at this Red Cross link.
